Santos Hernandez was the most important Spanish maker of the 1st half of the 20th century, original instruments by Santos are very difficult to find, especially in good musical condition, and this instrument is still in exceptional playing condition. It would be equally at home with a collector or very serious player, and is a fine example of Santos‘ work.
